Organizational Management:

The constitution of AWARD has given the supreme authority of the organization to the general body (GB) who approve budgets and major policy amendments. The General Body of 22 members of the organization is the highest policy formulation body and meets once in a year to review and approve plans, budgets, expenditures, and progresses and also formulate policy decisions and elect Executive Committee (EC) for 03 years. The Executive Committee (EC) of 07 members meets quarterly to approve and review the quarterly plans, budgets, expenditures and progresses and makes policy decisions. The Chief Executive materializes decisions through his staff and volunteers. The following diagram shows the management structure and the table shows the present Executive Committee of AWARD.
